Its acid value is less than 2.0. It has a delicate fragrance with a sweet aroma, resembling the scents of orange leaves, terpene-free lemon, and fresh pears, as well as the floral fragrance of lavender. The aroma is relatively intense but not long-lasting, and its taste is sweet and fruity.

purpose
It exists in many natural essential oils. It is suitable for adding fragrance to perfume, headwater, cosmetics, and soap. It is an important raw material for formulating fragrances such as bergamot, orange leaf, lavender, and lavandin. It is also one of the base fragrances for formulating fragrances such as jasmine and orange blossom. It is used as a harmonizing modifier in sweet and fresh floral fragrances such as ylang-ylang, to enhance the fragrance of fruits and heady scents. It can also be used in small amounts in edible essences.
